Best kept secret in Metairie since 1977!
I can not thank St. Anthony’s enough for providing the care for “Mr. Luke” that I was not able to at home. I dare not try to name each of you, from every department, lest I omit anyone. St. Anthony’s has been a part of my life as well as Luke’s for the past two years & ten months. You have been in my prayers every morning and will forever be. Thanks again & God bless you and the work you do. With Love, Mrs. Doris Reine
It is my pleasure to sit and write this letter of thanks and gratitude for the effort that the Triton Healthcare team did to work with my mom (Jean Stewart) to rehab her broken femur while at St. Anthony’s in Metairie, LA. The team that included Mary Gagliano, Lynne Barnes, Tara Willis, and Lauren Pennington were the MVPs that helped get her back on her feet. Their approach, positive attitude, care, smiles, compassion, and not accepting the “I can’t do that” made such a difference in her rehab and recovery. I finally was able to see the care first hand when Mary and Lauren came to my mom’s apartment before being released to address any potential challenges. You could see the connection, the trust, and the support that those 2 ladies had provided my mom, and how she would listen to them; and that is not always easy to get mom to listen. Mary and Lauren are amazing!! On behalf on my mom and my entire family, I cannot thank you enough for the effort put forth during this challenging time for Jean. Without your skill and effort, she would have not been able to recover to the point she is today, and her mental approach to life would be so different. Thank-you for the work you do for our seniors and others in need- You are making a difference! Mark Stewart
I want to thank the staff for making my dad’s stay at St. Anthony’s as comfortable as possible. Your kindness truly shows in all that you do.
We would like to thank St. Anthony’s for taking such good care of my mother while she was there. The people at St. Anthony’s are the best.
I would like to take this opportunity to thank each and every one of you for the excellent care you gave my brother for the last years of his life. I could not be more appreciative. We are certain that you will continue to offer quality care for families who need help caring for their loved ones.
I will always be thankful for everything you have done.
I would like to compliment St. Anthony’s Nursing Center Facility on the wonderful atmosphere, professionalism of the staff, and all the warm welcomes we received during our visit to your facility. The cleanliness of the facility was just unreal. I have been a nurse for 22 years. I have visited many nursing facilities, and to walk in St. Anthony’s and not see residents just sitting in wheelchairs or recliner chairs in their rooms, hallways, or dining hall and no apparent odor at all was just totally remarkable and very impressive to me. The facility has really impressed me, and I wanted you guys to know I greatly appreciated all of your time and effort for the care of my brother-in-law. I know it’s not easy operating a facility of your nature and the day-to-day operations, but again, I want to commend you guys on the “AWESOME” job you and your staff are doing on a daily basis. I would recommend anyone that comes my way and is in need of placement to St. Anthony’s any day or time.
My mom had her ups and downs of living at St. Anthony’s. She actually hated it in the beginning. Throughout her stay, she had rebellious outbursts, but she had many happy times. No matter my mother’s antics, the staff at St. Anthony’s was supportive, caring, and professional. The employees stand out and should be recognized for their great work ethic. Thank you for all the love and support that was shown to my mom. I recommend St. Anthony’s to everyone, and I hope you will continue to have a great reputation.
I would like to express my thanks and gratitude to all at St. Anthony’s. I was worried about the conditions and atmosphere due to the experience of the last facility I had my family member at, however, upon my first visit to St. Anthony’s, I realized what a professional and courteous staff was working there. Everybody was friendly, helpful, and ready to provide any assistance needed. I did not feel at any time it was a show being put on but rather, the normal day-to-day operation. St. Anthony’s is truly professional.

While everyone was enjoying the parades for St. Patrick’s Day, St. Anthony’s was having a party and enjoying some great food and music with the residents and staff. Our Dietary Director Michelle did an amazing job baking the cake. We are very thankful for the good times we have!
We had a blast at our Annual Mardi Gras Ball. We would like to thank-you to our wonder Activities Director Mrs. Paula for making it so special for the residents and for all the family members who attended.
Metairie, Kenner, Harahan and New Orleans, was where many of our residents were born and raised. We are so blessed that they feel comfortable enough in their home at St. Anthony’s, to kick their legs up on the couch, pull a blanket over themselves and just read.
Father Chris is always happy to join us for a little St. Anthony’s movement. Our residents love his presence and we know he enjoys it just as much. He is here each Friday for Communion and Rosary and usually spends half the day with us.
